Client Requirement Analysis Once the deposit payment has been received according to our Payment Policy, along with the signed quote, the design process will begin. At that time, we will need to know everything possible about you. The more we know about your products, services, target audience, content and vision will help to insure a seamless and prompt webdesign process. We will request all texts and graphics that you want included on your website. Once we have collected all the necessary documents, we will analyze and define the project requirements. We will also register your domain name and establish the timeline for the draft. 2. Website Structure Development After the project approach has been successfully defined and documented, we will start to build a draft, including the graphical design, easy-to-use navigation system if applicable, your images, logo, and text. If the project requires any MySQL database, PHP contact form, Flash animation, or any Javascript, we will also insert these scripts to the draft. 3. Quality Control & Feedback Once we have finished the draft, we will post it on an internal server and conduct advanced testing of all functions, technical elements, and scripts against multiple browsers and platforms. We will fix any possible bugs and broken links. We will carry out a rigid and exhaustive series of quality control procedures, before allowing your website to go "live". After all the quality procedures have been implemented, you will review the draft and comment it. 4. Approval & Implementation In case of changes, we will go over the draft correcting and adding the revisions and resubmits them to you. The process will be reiterated as many times as necessary until you are satisfied. After approval, the final layout will be thoroughly proofed for accuracy, functionality and speed. Before uploading all your files, we will invoice you for the balance due. Once the payment received, we will transfer all files to your host and setup your e-mail accounts. 5. E-Marketing & Website Maintenance Now that your website is publicly launched on the Internet, the webmarketing process should begin. You are in no way obligated to use our webmarketing services, but without outbound marketing of your new website you will have a difficult time getting new visitors. Afterall, what good is a website if you cannot be found?
